Teen Mom star Amber Portwood told Star Magazine that she?s heading to rehab in California, according to Radar Online.� Portwood, who will be treated for ?anger control issues and depression,? confessed to Star, ?I?m on medication at the moment to just help me relax. I?m in a vulnerable state right now and I know people want a lot of answers.?
On June 14th, Portwood attempted suicide at her Indiana home after talking to boyfriend Gary Shirley earlier in the day.� The troubled young mom told Shirley that she was having a hard time and wanted to hang herself.� Police later found a semi-conscious Portwood in her home and learned that she had taken pills.� After being held on a 72-hour watch, Portwood was released.

Before heading off to rehab, Portwood is seeing a psychiatrist and trying to keep her head up for a little gal named Leah. ?My daughter is keeping me strong,? she told Star.
