Christina Aguilera, who visited Disney World on Monday with son Max, is a single mom now.

Per court documents, her divorce from Jordan Bratman, her husband of nearly five years, was finalized this morning, reports E! News, as the six-month waiting period as required in California came to an end.

And it appears she's still dating Matthew Rutler. The two recently visited his hometown of Newport, R.I.
