Pia Toscano is still keeping mum about her reported relationship with Mark Ballas.

Pia Toscano and Mark Ballas may be enjoying their rumored romance, but the two seem to have more fun keeping people guessing about their relationship status.

The "American Idol" castoff performed on the "Dancing with the Stars" results show Tuesday night and played coy about her budding relationship with the pro dancer.

When host Tom Bergeron asked, "Is he a good kisser?" Toscano burst into a quick laugh before coyly replying, "He's a wonderful person."

Ballas and Toscano continue to dodge rumors that they are dating, but the pair don't seem to shy away from PDA when the cameras aren't rolling. The two were spotted getting close backstage before the show, with Ballas' hand gently resting on Toscano's backside.

The under-the-radar relationship reportedly took off earlier this month when Toscano was still a contestant on "Idol" - both shows film on the CBS Television lot in Los Angeles.

Recently ousted "Dancing" contestant Chris Jericho even revealed to "Access Hollywood" that he played matchmaker to the couple, by passing Toscano's number to Ballas on set.

Toscano returned back to her Howard Beach home in Queens after her surprise April 7 elimination from "Idol" but that didn't slow the couple down - they were seen out on a second date in West Hollywood just a week later.

And even while keeping mum about their relationship, each has been quick to sing the other's praises.

"She's very nice," Ballas said on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." "She is a gorgeous girl."

During a separate appearance on the talk show, Toscano told DeGeneres, "I just met him. Very sweet guy... We're just friends."

During Tuesday night's "DWTS," Toscano continued her post-"Idol" media tour, singing a highly praised cover of The Pretenders classic "I'll Stand By You," while none other than rumored boyfriend Ballas took to the floor for a routine with fellow pro Karina Smirnoff.
