Taylor Lautner dropped by publicist due to his demanding dad

Taylor Lautner will next be seen in 'Abduction,' in which the actor stars and also co-produces.

It seems like not everyone finds enjoyment in working with teen heartthrob Taylor Lautner.

The 19-year-old "Twilight" star has been recently dropped as a client from Slate PR, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

His publicist, Robin Baum, has reportedly decided to part ways with the actor after just three short months of working together.

As it turns out, Lautner isn't the one to blame for the split.

Although Baum refused to comment on the situation, the report claims the actor's dad, Daniel Lautner, is the cause of the tension. He is allegedly difficult to work with and has become too involved with his famous son's career decisions.�

Lautner will next be seen in John Singleton's action film, "Abduction," in which the actor stars and also co-produces. He will then reprise his role as Jacob Black in the fourth installment of the "Twilight" franchise, "Breaking Dawn," which will be released in two parts, starting in November.
