Lindsay Lohan's father Michael Lohan has been arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.TMZ is reporting that Michael was arrested last night in Los Angeles after his girlfriend filed a report with the Sheriff's Department claiming that the couple got into an argument that turned physical.
It was also said that his girlfriend had visible marks on her from the alleged altercation.
It is reported that the police had tracked down Michael and arrested him on suspicion of domestic violence.
TMZ is reporting that Michael was taken by the police to a nearby hospital to get a check up on an unrelated medical condition, but once released he would be taken to the station to be booked.

A show insider was reported saying, "Michael wants to deal with his anger issues in a controlled environment. He wants to be a positive role model for his children, and he has a lot of unresolved feelings of anger toward Dina, and that needs to be dealt with."
