Kingston should be back on his feet in six weeks, his rep told E! Online.
The 'Beautiful Girls' singer suffered a broken jaw and wrist, and had water in his lungs from the accident, which occurred when Kingston and passenger Cassandra Sanchez crashed into the Palm Island bridge in Miami.
Sanchez, who said Kingston was driving the Jet Ski "really fast," recalled the moments before the accident.
"We can't fit under there," Sanchez said she screamed before the collision. "Are we going to try and go under there? Sean stop!"
She said that though Kingston tried to avoid hitting the bridge, they were just going too fast. Sanchez suffered only minor injuries, while Kingston was reportedly coughing up blood and mumbling, "I'm hurting. I'm hurting" at the scene.
The pair were rescued from the water by a Good Samaritan and were taken to a Miami hospital for treatment.
According to the Miami Herald, the accident is under investigation but alcohol has been ruled out as a factor.
