Star Jones Responds To NeNe Leakes' Insult +Flavor Flav To Earn High School Diploma For New Reality Show!?

If you've seen the promos for "Celebrity Apprentice" you can see that there will be a showdown between Star Jones and NeNe Leakes.  And though the show doesn't start till March 6, we are getting a preview of the war of words already.

Come inside to hear what Star had to say about NeNe's remarks and find out why Flavor Flav wants to go back to high school in the name of reality tv ...

Earlier this month, NeNe Leakes told Wendy Williams“I wouldn’t spit on Star if she was on fire.”

Now, Star is responding to NeNe's remark. She tells Life & Style magazine:

“I did Celebrity Apprentice to raise money and awareness for a charity [the American Heart Association] that has been instrumental in my life, not to see it reduced to a cliché where black women attack one another for publicity’s sake.  I haven’t commented on any of her comments in hopes that she would remember that we all participated in this show for charity and not as a vehicle to promote ourselves and such hatred. I was clearly wrong and I decided to finally respond.”

Well said Star.  It does seem like NeNe Leakes has become a different person.  But fame, money and the spotlight can do that.

Besides "Celebrity Apprentice", Star is busy with her new job as Editor-At-Large for Uptown Magazine.

In other reality tv news,

Flavor Flav is pitching a new reality show that will follow him earning his high school diploma in the same Iowa town where he opened his chicken joint I guess umpteen seasons of "Flavor of Love" just weren't enough.

Mr. Flav recently pitched his idea for "Flavor Flav Goes Back to High School" to the local school superintendent and a school board member in Clinton, Iowa.  He says he'll approach the full board in a couple of weeks.  I would pay to see that presentation.

Flav, whose real name is William Drayton Jr., grew up in Freeport, New York but dropped out of school in 10th grade.

Getting your diploma will be a good thing Flav.  Even if the show falls through, you should do it anyway.  It'll be for the best....
